I’m beginning to learn that I don’t read people as well as I thought I did. And it’s hard to admit that because the times when I thought people were pushing me away was really me pushing them away because I’ve never really known anything good to last for long. I never considered myself insecure, but I’m learning that my pushing away others has been my way being “secure” with being by myself. I guess maybe it’s a front, and it took for someone I care about to present that to me. However it would be nice if that person followed their own advice, seeing that it goes both ways for us. Long story short, I was told that I was amazing and that I’m insecure to think I’m not amazing, and I need to stop being scared of being hurt. Honestly, nothing about that sentence offended me simply because I realize I get insecure, but I’d rather be called out on it so I can correct it rather than drive myself insane by overanalyzing a non-existant problem. Cause DAMMIT I am amazing lol it’s nice for someone to recognize that… .

I never thought I’d be so excited about an apartment with a washer and dryer, but I AM STOKEDDDD! Also, it has a fireplace, walk in closet, huuuuge pantry, full kitchen, lots of storage space, and all within my budget!!! I’m ecstatic, and this time around I’ll be living with someone who is going to be around and reliable… Only thing that sucks is that Zoey can’t live there, nor the puppy I was planning on buying… . do what you gotta do right??
